Job Description —
Maintenance of HIS, Production & Demo Server.
Ensure timely backups & restoration of DB.
Ensuring compliance for user access management & other HIS functions.
Any other activities pertaining to HIS.
Responsibility for training Employees to ensure proper usage of IT infrastructure and HIS; address complaints and resolve problems as required.
Resolve customer queries and provide service to internal customers who have software/hardware related problems
