Extensive diary management – organising all aspects of diary. Includes organising meetings both internally and externally, travel logistics (UK and International)
Managing Inbox
Researching, sourcing and general preparation for any events or meeting
Building and maintaining excellent relationships and communications with multitude of contacts for Creative Director – again internal and external
Assisting on a variety of charity, education and talent projects – for example The Churchill Competition and Cordwainers Footwear Competition. Includes logistics, communications, university reach out and relations, creative input into briefs, talent and events
Assisting in management of Design Pool team
Assisting in any satellite projects going across Pentland Brands – Office refurb projects, branding and marketing projects, Innovation Design Forum
Organising The Pentland Innovation Exchange
Managing expenses and booking hotels and travel
